NURSERY LEVEL

Education is a life – long journey and the School realizes the importance of a good start. It is here that the foundation for the love of learning is laid and strengthened. At the Junior School level, the School expects the students to entrench the basics and explore the world. They learn to question, analyze, classify and communicate their perceptions. An unconventional system of education is adopted by the School where education is imparted through play-way methods and concepts are taught via origami, clay modelling, sand play and painting. A suitably designed child- centered curriculum based on phonetics, provides the children with a strong foundation of spelling and vocabulary. The entire course establishes and strengthens vital skills like motor and reading skills, language and communication skills, writing and number concepts.

Bridging the gap between the nurturing environment of home and the disciplined demands of formal education is the primary goal of the School. Teachers enrich the curriculum through music, art, library and computer programs. The students also learn about the significance of festivals and are encouraged to imbibe Indian values in their lives.

PRIMARY LEVEL

The primary learners are exposed to a vibrant process of learning which promotes and develops creative thinking and rational understanding in them. The students are engaged in constructive activities which stimulate them intellectually. The different disciplines taught are English, Hindi, Math, E.V.S, General Knowledge and Computers. These widen their perspective to deal with real life situations effectively. A wide range of co-curricular activities are offered to the students to ensure their wholesome all-round development. These activities are incorporated into their Academic Time Table whereby they have an opportunity to learn the basics of these skills through regular exposures.

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Air conditioned classrooms, laboratories; activity rooms etc. are designed for greater efficiency, and to protect children from air and noise pollution. It also provides an environment equal to best anywhere in the world. To overcome the problem of heavy bags being carried by students, the school provides open shelves (Pigeon holes) to each pupil within the classroom. A teacher student ratio of 1:20ensures individual attention to the pupils. Our pupil are encouraged and guided to develop their analytical and problem solving skills. Special tutorial/remedial teaching both during teaching both during and after school hours are arranged according to the need of each child.
